You agree to use Hourflux’s Services in accordance with the following:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Non-refunded fees for services already provided, unless otherwise required by law.

All content, features, and functionality of Hourflux (e.g., software, design, text, and logos) are owned by Hourflux or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, timesheets, or project information you upload to Hourflux ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it solely to provide and improve our Services. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Services, and we may delete your User Content, subject to our data retention policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hourflux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indore Madhya Pradesh, India.
